I started consulting Pragya when things went out of hand in 2022. In the beginning I was very unsure of how things can change since the problem was based on the manner of thinking. I shouted, I argued, I blamed and I did almost everything which I would have done to discard but she was very patient. She guided me through thick and thin very calmly and slowly started to change the perspective. My deepest gratitude for the incredible support and guidance she've provided me during my tough times. I have been in therapy with Dr. Pragya for ~1 year now. Her sessions have served me above and beyond my expectations. Not only has she helped me navigate my anxiety issues but has been a great catalyst in driving my life's transformation towards my best version.
